Tobacco Inspection and Youth Access Compliance Check Support

Does your department have the capacity to integrate retail tobacco inspections into inspections that you already conduct in these stores (ex. Food, Milk, etc.)?

There is mini-grant money available to defray the cost of conducting these inspections and any associated administrative work ($50/permitted retailer + $1000 administrative stipend). MHOA can also conduct the youth access compliance checks with an agreement with your municipality.

Does your department need direct services from MHOA to conduct retail store inspections and youth access compliance checks?

MHOA can provide both of these services by signing an agreement with your municipality.

Do you only need assistance with completing youth access compliance checks?  MHOA can conduct youth access compliance checks by signing an agreement with your municipality.
