MHOA Dues Info + Conference Registration Reminder

This is a reminder MHOA is transitioning from a calendar year to a fiscal year dues cycle beginning July 1, 2026, as previously voted on by the Board of Directors and shared with the membership.

Early Bird Conference Registration for members only is open until 6/30/26.

We hope you'll renew or join for FY27, and join us in Springfield for the annual conference!

Membership year: July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027

• $75 membership dues for members/supporters; $30 for students/retired members
• MHOA memberships are not pro-rated, regardless of when you join
• Memberships are by person, not organization
• Renew a group of people under one payor (health dept., SSA, etc.), but group discounts are not available. Contact Us to renew a group.
• A student is someone currently enrolled in a recognized or accredited college or university and not employed full-time in the public health profession.

Some folks have already reached out and registered for FY27 membership dues and renewal reminders will be sent out next week.

Conference Registration

Early Bird registration will close on 6/30.  You must be a current 2026 (6-month) member to get early bird pricing. You also have to be an FY27 MHOA member at the time of the conference to get member pricing. Advance registration will open on 7/1. See the chart below for more details.

Student/retiree discounts available. Single day registration will open Aug. 1, 2026. Rates subject to change for new registrants as we approach the conference dates.
