Description: This webinar is designed for new and experienced leaders who want to strengthen their people leadership skills. The first half focuses on successfully transitioning from peer to leader, including setting healthy boundaries, building credibility, and understanding the shift from individual contributor to leader. The second half covers practical strategies for documenting employee performance objectively, providing timely and effective feedback, and addressing performance issues early to support employee growth while reducing risk for the organization.
