Description: Effective program management is essential for designing, implementing, and sustaining public health initiatives that improve community health outcomes. This training introduces participants to the core principles of public health program management and provides practical tools for planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Through real-world examples and an interactive case study, participants will apply these concepts to strengthen their ability to manage public health programs in a variety of settings.
