MHOA Weekly Newsletter

It's hard to believe 2025 is nearly upon us! The upcoming year will mark a milestone for MHOA because the earliest form of the association began in 1950. You can read a bit of the history here. In 2025, we'll be celebrating 75 Years of Supporting Local Public Health. Stay tuned for more to come!

We are thankful our members are eager to renew memberships for 2025. If you have not renewed and want to get a head start, you can log in here using your username and password. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "renew membership" (click this button even if you are a new member). Fill out the form, click "next;" make sure your email address is listed in the box at the bottom of the page. Click "submit." Choose your payment method and click "checkout". If you choose to mail a check, you can print the invoice you will receive via email. Please know, we allow grace with membership renewals knowing it takes a few weeks (or sometimes more!) for municipalities to pay. You can take care of the renewal process in January!

If you have any questions, or wish to register a group, please email lpacella@mhoa.com

After this newsletter, we're planning one more on Dec. 20 and then the weekly newsletter will be on hiatus until Jan. 10, 2025.

Additionally, MHOA staff members have time off scheduled during the last two weeks of the year. We hope many of you do as well! Please expect a delay in replies if you reach out after Dec. 20. We'll be back in action in 2025! Now's the time to let us know if you have questions about membership, invoices, your continuing education contact hours or other MHOA programming.

Sincerely,
Teresa Wood Kett, executive director
